You do not need an account to use the calculator. The values you submit are used to calculate a result and are not added to our contact-form records; URL parameters can be included in standard web server logs.

If you submit the Contact or FAQ form, we record the name, email address, message and UTC submission time in private server-side TXT records to review and respond to requests. For spam protection, we use temporary limits based on a hashed network identifier.

The web server or hosting provider may retain access and security logs. If analytics or third-party services are enabled, those services may also process technical usage information; applicable disclosures should be included in this policy.

To ask about a submitted message, use the contact form. You may use this form to request access to, or correction or deletion of, a previous form submission; applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
